Understand the Duty
We start with throughput, operating hours and site conditions. Where the duty is unclear we would rather visit than guess.
Size and Propose
Equipment is selected against that duty and quoted with the calculation behind it, so the specification can be checked rather than taken on trust.
Install and Commission
Our engineers handle installation, commissioning and operator training, and hand over the documentation your maintenance team will need.
Support and Maintain
Preventive visits, priority response and spares — set out in a contract with defined scope so nothing depends on remembering a conversation.
Send the requirement
A first-shot report signed off before the run starts is what makes a dimensional argument two months later a paperwork question rather than a memory one.
We specify against it
Sizes, finishes, quantities and the dates you need them by. Drawings are welcome but not required.
Samples where finish decides
We come back with what suits the job and the load, in the finishes available for it.
Supply to site or workshop
Where a finish has to sit against a chosen material, ask for a sample before the order is placed.

Installation & Commissioning
Equipment installed and commissioned by our own engineers, with site conditions verified beforehand. Operator training and commissioning documentation are part of handover rather than extras.
Annual Maintenance Contracts
Scheduled preventive visits and priority breakdown response, with the visit calendar set around your production rather than ours. Scope and response times are agreed in writing before anything is signed.
Spare Parts Supply
Fast-moving parts held in stock and slower items ordered against a confirmed lead time. We will put together a recommended spares list for your installation based on what actually wears.
Technical Consultation
Duty assessment and equipment sizing for new installations or upgrades. If the honest answer is that your existing plant is adequate, that is the answer you will get.
